Moving Parts

For a variety of reasons (cashflow) I had to put off moving to Bristol until tomorrow.

Which means my Tuesday -if all goes according to plan- will follow this basic itinerary:

Get up at dawn to pick up rental van
Fill rental van with our crap
Drive 2.5 hours to Bristol
Unload our crap in the apartment next to ours
Make the return 2.5 hour journey to London to return the van
Catch the tube to Victoria in order to be on a late night coach to Bristol that takes 2.5 hours
rest restlessly on an inflatable mattress for several

Settlers of Catan

We played this at Abbie and Tan’s a few weeks back. I hadn’t ever played it before but won convincingly -something Tan wasn’t too suprised about.

All I will say is that I wouldn’t recommend playing against an Australian in a game that involves the exploitation of mineral resources and some mild racism.

We’re quite practiced.
