Gordon, I’ve been following your experiments with the New Media etc, and I must admit I don’t quite understand twitter etc, and that when I hear the words ‘Social Networking’ it makes me want to hurl, but seriously, I have an idea – you should start a ‘gayer’ version of perezhilton.com. You could be much more satyrical and I’m sure the jokes would be a _lot_ funnier. Just a suggestion… I would definately start following your tweets if they were more celebrity-focused…

Also ‘social networking’ as a term is sooo 2007. It’s social media now. Too much of the talk on twitter is about twitter… and that is definitely intensely boring. I have some doubts as to whether it can maintain its value as it scales and becomes more popular.

Like democracy, I have a suspicion that it only works when there are a managable number of people using it.
