Behold the latest incarnation of Invading Europe!

Curiously this site seems to move domain names every time I move cities.

And it is that time again. This is my last week in Bristol. Or, perhaps more accurately, my last string of five work days in Bristol as clearly I will be back here with the regularity of non-British trains.

In the meantime I have found a lovely share house is South West London. That could all have gone so much worse than it did. There are some FREAKS out there.

The last place I saw was to share an ex-council flat (with no living room) with a Frenchman in his mid forties who kept talking about all “the women” at his gym and how I should go to the gym with him.

Oh! And there was an angry email (“A rude Frenchman?? Well, I never!”) waiting for me at work on Monday from this guy because I politely declined to move in with him.

Then there was yet another ex-council flat that looked riiiight over the train tracks and smelled of cat despite there being no signs of felines anywhere. So I guess it was more “memory of cat” which is an even weirder odor.

Anyway so this is the new -and I assume final- home of the blog. The five of you that use RSS readers please make the relevant amendments to your feeds.
